Returns

  • All customized purchases from Sheer Bliss Boutique are final sale due to personalization of the item 
  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact Sheer Bliss Boutique within 24 hours of delivery 
  • If return is received within 7 days of delivery, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment
  • If returns exceed the 7th day return delivery date, the items will be shipped back to the address provided on the original order and no refund will be provided. A standard shipping charge will also be applied to the method of payment utilized for the initial purchase
  • Please note that shipping charges are non refundable. Package can be returned utilizing any shipping method of your choice as you are responsible for these shipping charges as well. 
  • Sheer Bliss Boutique suggest using a shipping service with tracking capabilities or purchasing insurance for the package. Sheer Bliss Boutique is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail and we will not issue any refunds for them. 
  • There are no refunds on items purchased at a discount or sale price.
