Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sheer Bliss Boutique. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Read to ship orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Handmade/made to orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Personalized/Customized orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Large orders exceeding 5 or more handmade, personalized or customized orders please allow 10-14 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Please be mindful that business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or national/federal holidays including but not limited to New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Shipping and delivery times are also currently being affected due to issues related to COVID-19 and government orders that may impact our business.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Sheer Bliss Boutique ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sheer Bliss Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Sheer Bliss Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Packages that are returned due to incorrect address provided in checkout will be charged additional shipping to be resent.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are based on weight and package size and to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
